    You just create a user account on www.DinePlaces.com and follow the instructions to upload the info related to your restaurant. This process takes total 20 minutes if you have all you info handy.
What are the services you provide for Restaurants?
    Well, we are the biggest Search Engine for the restaurants. We advertise on all the major search engines for all our restaurants. You get unique URL for the restaurant once you register with us, just like a website which you can print on stationary.
How will it help for my Restaurant?
    Well, if you list your restaurant with us, it gets indexed on all the major search engines (google, yahoo, msn, etc). You can create/upload coupons rather than adverting News Papers/Magazines. You can offer some deals (coupons) if customer reviews your restaurants. All this will give you more customer base.

    Yes, customer can add reviews for your restaurant and rate as well. You can offer some deal (giving away coupons) if customer adds review for your restaurant so that you get more business.

    Well, you can upload any kind of photos related to your restaurant such as: menus, food, restaurant pics, sitting area, bar area, etc.
What kind of searches do you provide?
    Well, we provide four (4) kinds of searches...

        • Standard Search

(Customers can search your restaurant with the zipcode/city, they know with-in some 5 to 50 miles of radius)

        • Search By Name

(Customer can search just by entering few characters of the name of the restaurant they are looking for in their zip-code/city within in 5 to 50 miles of radius).

        • Advanced Search

(It provides lot more features for the search user to find a restaurant they are looking for with specific services).

        • Metro Search

(Its broad search for the city within 25 miles of radius)

How do I cancel my account?
    We do provide 30 days money back guarantee. To cancel your account, send an email to cancel@dineplaces.com and provide restaurant name and address in email so that we can help you to decide for cancellation of the restaurant.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?
    Since DinePlaces.com has a 30-day, money-back guarantee, you will always receive a refund if you cancel within the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions cancelled after 30 days will not receive a refund, but the next and subsequent months will not be billed. Yearly subscriptions cancelled within the first 30 days of subscription, you will receive a full refund.

Can I add my reviews to a restaurant I like?
    Yes, you are welcome to add your reviews about a restaurant you like and that will be shown in the reviews section for that restaurant.
How do I search a restaurant on DinePlaces.com?
    Well, you can search any or all restaurant by…
        • Zip code or city and state within some radius.
        • By a restaurant name.
        • Advance search (e.g. Wheel chair access, outdoor dining, catering, reservations, etc).
What do I get surfing DinePlaces.com?
    You can get latest coupons, deals listed by restaurant. Some restaurants offer discount/coupons if you review their restaurants.
Can I find restaurants in other cities I am visiting?
    Oh yes! DinePlaces.com lists restaurants from most of the cities across the country. You just enter the zip/city and the restaurant you want to search.
Can I find Restaurants outside of USA?
    Currently, we are having the listing for USA only. However, we are planning to add Europe and Asia to our listings.
Can I save my favorite restaurants rather searching every time?
    Yes, just click on the “add to favorite” button and save to your favorite restaurants listing.
Can I save restaurant’s coupons rather searching every time?
    Yes, just click on the “add to favorite” button once you find the coupon you want to save for future. It will save coupon to your list of coupons.
